Constant alerts due to wind causing moving tree shadows. Changing mode not practical.  Created zones not helping because not functional without subscription.  Usually leave the cameras off.  Beyond frustrated.

Why is changing modes not practical for you, just trying to understand the issue more.

You have the ability to change the motion triggered sensitivity of the camera to reduce false triggering.

E.g. I have custom modes setup with reduced motion sensitivity that I switch to for windy days. I also turn off audio detection as the wind plays hell with the camera microphone.

And use of the schedule automates switching for those time periods when it's worse.

Thanks for replying.  We have changed to lowest sensitivity and shadows and sounds still cause alerts.  I will setup a mode with these settings to see if it helps as you suggested.

The custom modes will allow you to configure motion sensitivity and audio sensitivity triggering.

Disabling audio detection is best way to manage wind rather than using the level adjustment.

I found that reducing motion sensitivity to 40% is ok for most tree motion but still captures people.
