Only Pro2 is recognized in Library and not my Pro3 camera

Have purchased two new Arlo Pro3 to extend my triple set of Arlo Pro2 cameras. However, only the Pro2 cameras are visible in the library and not the Pro3. I have done multiple resets and reconnections but no success. It worked fine up to month ago 😞

You need a subscription for cloud storage with the Pro3 cameras.  Has the 3-month trial subscription expired?
