New iPad. I have just upgraded to a sixth generation iPad mini. I am unable to log into the Arlo app

I also have Pro 4 cameras. When I begin the login process, I get as far as "Add Trusted Device?" I then get a message that indicates that there is a problem adding the device and to try again.
