My account is based in Hungary now?

I’m out of town and when I tried to look at my cameras at home they were no where to be seen on the app. When I tried to chat with an agent they told me my account is based in Hungary and not USA and I had to get help there.

You can either use the envelope icon at the top right here or click on the user's name in  a post and click on the "send private message" selection on the right side near the top.
