They say there is nothing called a silly question, but....

On the Arlo app Devices Page under the Live Camera Feed, there are four icons.

Battery, wi-fi signal, audio detection and Motion detection.

On my app, the the battery, wifi and motion is "black" but not greyed out
The audio is greyed out.

Occasional the Motion detection turns yellow.

Is the Motion detection supposed to be constantly yellow, or is the "black" normal ?

Motion detect icon………
black when armed

gray when disarmed

amber when motion detected and usu recording ( from armed )

An observation though, if I select All Other Audio in Smart Alerts, the amber light on the Audio is constant on.

Would have thought the same would be the case for Motion.

You could change the audio detection sensitivity in your modes and rules to see if that helps. Are you getting lots of videos labeled as audio detection?
