Motion detection greyed out

In the modes area, i tried to edit the the camera settings. The motion detection is greyed out. This is the same for all the cameras. In the Web portal, I have no issue. The last i checked was just a week ago and it was fine because I manage to do those settings.

Do you have a subscription for your cameras?

Yes I have.

 

Also I was able to set it even without subscription.

WHat phone and OS version? Did you recently update?

Samsung S24 Ultra

For some reason, Samsung phones have been problematic at various times over the years. My Pixel 9 doesn't display most of what is reported from Samsung users but that likely varies over time. You can try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. If not, use the app to go to Settings, Support to log an official ticket with support.
