I’m not seeing any feeds and I don’t see Cloud/Local options at top of feed screen. Was working yesterday although there have been intermittent issues since release of new app. I’m on the latest version. Logged out and back in several times. Still getting ‘There are no events for this day.’ and not seeing yesterday’s events

Locally only, Android phone connected to local network. No VPN. Never had a problem until the app updated and tried to get me to pay for a monthly plan.

Hi Shayne,
I'm not sure if this is directed at me or the other folks having issues. I downloaded the latest update. When I first go to Feed the Cloud/Local tabs don't show. After a bit they appear. I'm guessing it's some sort of performance issue and/or the order in which screen attributes are displayed. I am able to get to the data.
I'm on the latest iOS (18.4.1).

Yes, still experiencing the symptoms, in a way. Feed now comes up sometimes, not always, since I reinstalled the app. But then the feed is hours or even almost a day behind, which is quite irritating...

My local feed started working again on May 19-20 but then stopped again. Has this not been solved yet?

6/5/25 and this is STILL a problem. This system has become essentially useless. Y'all gonna fix it?

After the auto update to App version 4.0 local access from "feed" is not worked ( the app kept circling then failed). After I request for the old version and complained many times. Then, some updated by Arlo without my knowledge, the feed is able to access my local storage but the previous day instead of today. I had to go to "Device" > "Smart Hub" > "Storage Setting" (where all the clips records from Local show up) Then either I can see the clips at this location or go back to "feed" and see all the recent recording.
The Software is still dissastered.
