I haven’t received any solutions so I will post this again before I return this camera to the store.
I have a big issue with delay/latency with my floodlight cam. Currently using the 3 month trial plan. I am experiencing at least 30 seconds delay from motion detection to notifications on my phone. When I push the live button on my phone it takes at least 20 seconds for live preview to appear. Finally when I set up a custom rule to record video for 20 seconds I am only getting a 10 second recording. Could you please reply ASAP. ALSO WOULD I BE BETTER OFF ATTACHING TO A SMART HUB AND RECORD LOCALLY. YOUR SERVERS ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT UP TO SPEED WITH THESE PRODUCTS.

It's not a server speed issue. Move the camera closer to your hub to see if that helps. There's lots of things that can affect the connection between camera and hub, causing the camera to struggle.
