Lastest Firware - 1.21.0.2_4294_8a519c8 - No live view - loss of other features - no roll back

Lastest Firware - 1.21.0.2_4294_8a519c8
Has left me without live View
No tigers such as adding the alarm
Cannot turn of cameras in mobile app
After upgrading account to the new secure type no motion detection
Website allows turning the camera off.
Alro support will not assist me with rolling back
Im worse than when I started as nothing is recording now.
Is anyone else in this boat or have sequence for resolving this? I did remove the base station and add it back prior to the weird secure upgrade by pretending to add a new camera and then backing out of the install per the Arlo chat tech

What behavior are you experiencing when you attempt to live view? Are you seeing any error messages?
