vmb4540 - Cannot connect to base

Cannot connect to base - Have followed all suggestions - Connected with another phone, so things are connected to router.

Are you able to provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? Are you trying to onboard a new system? At what point are you experiencing an issue?

It is not a new system.  I was able to connect to everything with one phone, but I cannot connect with the base station with a different phone. I says It cannot find it. I am sitting right net to the base.  I have followed the instructions they give - no luck

Are you using the same login credentials? If you've already set up the system on one phone, you can log in to a different device using the same credentials and view the same system.
