Arlo Camera three pack. The installer did not give me a key to remove camera from the mount. Best Buy was no help They do not answer the phone but instead transfer to the service in the Philippines. Neither was Arlo Support who said that they could not get me a key. I made an appointment with Best Buy who told me to go out an buy a 2MM hex wrench which did work. It took two weeks before I solved the problem. I believe the installation guy was derelict. He never told me that a key was needed.

Which mount?
If it is one of the magnetic "domes", you can use anything to screw them to the wall. Then you just pull the caera off the mount
I seem to recall that these domes come with bog standard philips screws.
In general Arlo uses nothing special. Just a bunch of screws. Most people have dosens of suitable screwdrivers lying around. Maybe your installer has fancy ideas.
The only exception I haved seen is the mount for the floodlight.
Just another user
Arlo hardware: Q Plus, Pro 2 (X2), Pro 3 (X3), Pro 3 Floodlight, Security Light (X2), Ultra (X2), Doorbell, Chime

The secure mount should have come with a key in the box (and the installer should given it to you) - but the 2mm hex wrench also works.
