Hi, I have two Arlo pro 3 cameras and a hub. One of both keeps crashing as soon as it gets dark outside. It seems to be a bug with the night vision/spotlight function. Spotlight Vision should always be on with Color night Vision. Somehow after a reset it starts without the spotlight on. This combination causes the camera to crash (IR and blue lights flashing all night till battery empty).

I have him working again. The cause: misconfiguring the automation. I had created a loop of stand-by and armed. This can cause a camera to stop functioning at the moments of the switch to 'armed'.

Are you still experiencing this symptom?
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Thanks.
I tried: complete reset of camera. This ends up with working during daytime. As soon as it gets dark the IR and blue light flash in turn. This drains the battery in 1-2 nights.
The other camera works fine. So I compared all config of both and found differences in spotlight function and color at night. I changed that, recharged an tried the next night. No succes. Will try tomorrow: color off at night, maybe the light is broken. It is strange that as soon as it gets dark the camera cannot be reached. Sunshine? Gets back on!
