So wondering if anyone might know why all of a sudden my new motion video’s are only showing up in my base station storage and not in icloud when my membership doesn’t run out till december this year

When did the cloud recordings stop? Are you on the 3 month trial subscription for smart still? Details would help here. Also make sure there are no filters on in the library.

The icloud recordings/notifications stopped over night
Yes the system came with the 3 month trial subscription currently.
Ok so i have since deleted the apps on my devices plus the removed the base unit and the camera’s then re added them all of them which the camera’s would not show up unless i added them manually.
I have no filters applied currently.
This system is only a week old which i have found a few glitches with the system/app that a friend does not have on the pro 2 system.

Since it seems you did remove and re add the cams again, check in settings>subscription to be sure they were not removed from the trial. You can add them back under "manage cameras" if not.

I checked beforehand, no they were not removed from the trial.
I had to add them manually today as they would not find them otherwise when searching so hence i had to take the cameras down to do so.
Wondering whether this system maybe faulty as it keeps losing the cameras so very time consuming and weird.
