I need to speak with a sales person but there is no way to speak to a person. If it is this hard to speak to sales, I may have to ditch the entire system and go with a competitor. Does anyone know the secret to getting to talk to someone at Arlo 3. thanks

You would need to pull it over onto the subscription if you wanted it there.

I did not, I just added it to my network. Today I will check. I opened a tix but ARlo takes forever to respond lol. I think they are still working like Fred Flintstone Lol!

Hi Brooke, Not exactly. I was exonerated.hen tech support investigated my case they said I was correct, there is a bug in their system that will not allow me to do ANYTHING related to subscriptions. There were actually two bugs I forget what the other is. I felt better in that at least Im not crazy lol. They switched to a different subscription model wher you pay one price for inlimited cameras so my cameras will automatically transition to that plan after the trial period. I appreciate your follow up and the tech (Kurt?) that assisted me kept his word that he would follow up and he did. TY
