I have a Pro3 Floodlight and an existing Arlo Secure annual account which expires in February. The last time I took the Pro3 down to charge the battery, I somehow accepted a free 3-month subscription which has now expired. Do I need to "remove device" to re-add it to my existing account? My device alternatives are Restart and Remove Device. My only account option appears to be cancel. Suggestions welcome. Thanks!

You can just leave things as they are. The camera will automatically shift back to the annual subscription when the trial ends.
You could also go into the support center in the app, and take advantage of your phone support.

Thanks, but I think phone support for my device has ended. I thought the free trial had expired because the camera stopped recording video yesterday. If it's just not recording video, I have bigger problems!

If the subscription is still in force, you can get phone support.
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera? (If you use 2K livestreaming, then turn that off before trying this).

I tried turning the camera on manually, but there does not appear to be a record or still shot button anymore. I believe that my updates are current. I will climb up there and pull it down and try restarting it.

If you touch the video in the live stream, you should see a recording icon if you have a subscription for the camera and also have 2K/4K livestreaming disabled (using 1080p livestreaming). The icon looks like a target - the center will turn red if you touch it to start recording.

In livestream, I have a volume mute button, a microphone button, and a flashlight button, but the record/photo button has disappeared. I just updated my system per the website, so perhaps I can get it working again.

If you have the camera Video Setting set for Local 2k Live Streaming, you lose the record/snapshot icons. Turn that off and they will reappear.
