Can someone please tell me how to talk tal an actual human being?

 

I tried calling a number I used last year which is no longer in service.

I am done with useless chat bots and guides that do not help. 

 

I. need. a. Person.

 

i need to DISCUSS my subscription and ask why even though i am paying for a multi camera subscription to have multiple cameras recording, only one does. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and everything you may suggest. 

Hence I need to talk to a HUMAN.

 

What’s their updated number? 

if I can’t sort this out, honestly leaving Arlo as this is ridiculous. Gotta love how they are happy to take your money but if you actually need proper support, they won’t even bother to let you talk to someone.

Since you have a subscription, you can get phone support using the support center in the app.  Don't google for a phone number, that will almost certainly lead to a scam support site.

 

If you see "Library" in your app menu, you can use this guide to get to the support center:

Support will almost certainly go through all those steps again (following their troubleshooting script).

 

So you might want to engage here in parallel, as we are more flexible.

 

One question is whether you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the problem cameras.
