Reboot the hub. Do the cameras appear offline when using the web client on a computer browser (my.arlo.com)?

I have the same issue with 1 camera and am trying to figure it out as well. I am away from the house for a while so it is a problem for me.
Something I had planned to do was to factory reset the camera once I’m home.
Give that a try and post if it worked. Thanks
