Annual plans will become available February 3rd. Until then, you can read about Arlo Secure plans and the options available here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/arlosecure.html

So today is 2/3 which the new annual plan should be available to convert to. I checked and I can only see the new plan name but once you subscribe it shows only a monthly plan for $9.99  but not annual total? Can you please advise? Thanks

I'm not sure if it was stated anyplace so can't be positive but it may be that it takes effect at some time PST. Keep checking.

Yep. I am waiting for it to show up too.  My monthly plan is billed tomorrow and I want to sign up for annual before that.  Will keep checking throughout the day.

I'm in EST and it's now 9am PST, still is a monthly plan.

I logged in to change my plan to annual 3pm EST.  Subscriptions option is grayed out and not clickable.  Tried various browsers.  Grayed out on all.  Happening to anyone else?

I'm so fed up with this company. First it was a decent product, then they upgrade to supposedly better, them the video gotten so slow and it was blame that it's due to 2K or 4K! The only reason I bought this is because I didn't want to run hardwire but I guess if I want no lapse performance, I guess I'll need to run the wires! Luckily bought it from Costco, can return anytime! I'm done with Arlo!

I had a Chat with Arlo about my monthly plan and was told it would be kept at the same price $ 13.29 for 3 cameras. Well they say no more . Guess you can't fit bigger companies. I am not impressed
