Unable to view videos since cancelled subscription because of marketing app popup that I can't close

Today is first day of no subscription after I cancelled it.  Unable to view my videos being made today because of a popup marketing window in Library that has no x button and I can not close it.  Can't view videos until that popup is closed.  The popup marketing window wants me to resubscribe to Smart.  How do I get rid of that popup?

Nil subscription usually means no cloud storage or customer support.

 

Are you trying to access the Base station storage?

Thank you, DannyBearAgain.  I used the link and now have videos from direct storage.  However, I have to tap each one before I see a video, instead of having a whole page of video pictures to choose which ones to view.  Is there a solution to that?

One of the disadvantages of direct access to local storage is that there are no thumbnails.

You need to read the article carefully, as @StephenB stated no thumbnails are just one of the reduced features of using direct storage.

 

I guess arlo would not want you to have comparable features to cloud storage without paying continuously for subscription.
