How do I stop the camera from recording so much

How do I stop a camera from recording every little movement? I have changed the activity zone sense times but it is consistently recording and send me notifications every other minute. Please advise.

You need to adjust the SENSE level in the MODE you are arming with...

Goto Mode/pick base, EDIT  ARMED ( > or pencil )

 pick camera , then edit

under Record if Motion  edit

slide setting to right for more or left for less sense level

back out so it saves

test

Only lower a couple % at a time and test as you don't want it to low to detect people

These cameras suck. The worst camera Arlo ever made. I sent all my Pro 3’s back. Customer support is little to none.
