Arlo 3 camera constant notification and recording from audio even with microphone disabled

Hi,

new 4 camera Arlo Pro 3 system installed 3 days ago.  From 6:30 this morning 1 camera started sending notifications of audio detected every minute for the last 2 hours. It has got to the point i have turned off the camera.

I even have the microphone and speaker turned off and it still shows the ear icon detecting in web app!

You're turning off the audio in the wrong place - you should be editing your modes and rules. It sounds like you're using the default Armed mode since you're using a new installation. Read the FAQs here on modifying existing modes as well as creating your own custom modes. Basically, use the Mode tab, click on your hub, and edit the appropriate mode. All settings are in there, including the ability to turn off audio detection or to reduce the sensitivity. 

It's possible that removing and resyncing the camera may help.
