I just want to look at the recording. That's why I pay a monthly fee. There are gaps in the timeline. And, there are sections of the timeline where there seems to be a thumbnail, so presumably footage, but it is impossible to navigate to certain sections. In other words, I try to go to 9:42 a.m. on June 25 and get kicked to 6:26 a.m. June 25.
Just sharing. I am not hopeful this will be resolved. Spent 57 minutes on hold waiting for an agent, only to be disconnected on his end 90 seconds into our conversation.
So I took it to chat. Somehow even the chat got disconnected.
