Find email associated with acct.

I need help finding the email I used to setup the arlo app.  I was using my personal email on my mothers system and it wouldn’t let use it again on my system. So I created a new email just for arlo.   My phone did an update and it erased my email and I don’t remember what email I used. Tried to use the chat for support but can’t get to a live person.
