My camera says it is idle but can still detect motion, audio and view live video however it does not send notifications when it does.

I have 5 cameras and the other 4 are working as should and notifications are not turned off.

Any ideas?

Actually, the wording is  that the camera is available to detect motion, etc. That simply means it's disarmed in the current mode. Change the mode to one where the camera has a rule to arm it and the wording changes.
