The Pro 3 and Ultra cameras have 3 settings for field-of-view. An earlier discussion revealed that REDUCING the field-of-view will only crop some pixels on the outside of the image. It will NOT sharpen the center of the screen by zooming in slightly with the camera's full resolution. Could someone verify this please?
But reducing the field-of-view WILL reduce wifi traffic, correct?

Randall_W,
Adjusting field of view will not have any impact on WiFi traffic or image quality. Adjusting the field of view changes the visible viewing angle from the cameras perspective. Lowering field of view will reduce the fish-eye effect that you may notice when using the Super wide setting. For more information, take a look here: How do I adjust the field of view on my Arlo camera?
