Yes. From what we've been told the design/spacing takes possible water infiltration into account so no problem.

I would recommend positioning so the magnetic connection is on the bottom of the camera and ensure you have a drip loops to keep water from running down the cord into your outlet. A drip loop is where the power cord runs below the outlet and back up so gravity takes water running down the cord away from entering the outlet. You can also ensure the same happens at the camera connection. I have three cameras set up with outdoor cords. I am more concerned long term with corrosion of the contacts than water infiltration.
