Vertical line on recorded or live footage

There is a vertical line on the camera footage. The line is only seen in low light or very bright settings. I have already contacted arlo customer support and no solution was given. Arlo support team advised to reset, log out and back in, remove battery and everything else you can think of. The camera is defective without a solution to the issue. Beware of customer support runaround. Been in contact for almost 3 weeks. Better off exchanging the whole system from the retailer if return is possible.
