Getting the following error when trying to watch save motion-triggered videos in the Chrome browser:
This video is not able to play in your browser. Please Download to view.
When I download the video, it comes as an MP4 file but it plays with only sound. No video is showing.
I just upgraded Chrome to the newest version and the problem persists. Operating System: Windows10

Hi
This table is not up to date as I have Safari version 14 on an iMac and I can't view without downloading.
It works fine on my Arlo Pro camera but not on my new Pro 3 system I have just bought as its 2k.
Please can you fix as it is very time consuming to keep having to download every single clip I want to view.
Strange that it works on my MacBook Pro, same version of safari. Surely you should investigate as it is probably a setting.
Thanks Terry
