I received an email to join Arlo with a 25% discount. There was no discount code in the email just a join us now tab. I clicked the link signed into my account. I proceeded to join but noticed a section asking for a discount code there was no discount code in the email so I started all over again hoping that it would automatically be applied. After finishing my subscription I noticed that it hadn't discounted my subscription. How do I contact arlo as I am in the UK.

Since you do now have a subscription, you can go into the support area of the app and use the phone option.  Don't google for a support number, that will lead you to a scam site. Phone support should be available Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm UTC

I'm having the same problem.  the chat feature was useless, kept giving me generic replies as I typed and never 'got' the problem regardless of how I worded it.  I have not found a way to call for help.

Phone support is not showing up as an option for me anywhere.  I keep getting looped through the same unhelpful options.

Do you have a subscription (trial or paid)?

Yes, I have had a subscription for over 2 years, with 7 cameras.  This reply also came to my email but it was from a ‘do not reply’ email.  The difficulty of getting support with Argo for such a small thing makes me really worried what people do when there’s a bigger issue.  It’s hard for me to recommend Arlo if support is so hard to access.  No phone numbers, no live chat.

Then if you go into the support area of the app, you should see a phone icon - press that to get phone support.

That's controlled by a forum setting.  If you click on your forum name in the upper right of the page and choose "settings", you can control that:

  • "Automatically subscribe me to topics..." is one relevant setting in Preference Options
  • Notificaton Settings has several more.
