Hi one of my cameras was showing as offline so I tried to delete it to restart it. It deleted all of my cameras and now no devices are there. I have tried restarting, syncing etc and no device can be found. I have tried adding the base and the cameras.

What are the LED(s) on you base or hub showing? Have you tried resetting the base/hub by holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED(s) blink amber? When trying to claim the base/hub are you on your own WiFi and not cell service? Have you tried a computer browser?
