Hi I was wondering if someone could share their experiences with the cvr timeline, I've recently started paying for this feature, all working fine but when motion is detected on the timeline I just get a tiny green dot, not a long green bar showing the length of motion.
I've zoomed all the way in on the timeline and it still shows a 1 second dot.
The Arlo site shows it as a green bar for the duration length .
Any else have this?
Thanks

When I had it...it was a bar dependent on the time length ( when zoomed in )
It doesn’t sound correct as just a dot.

I'm wondering if it's because I'm not paying for a camera subscription on top of the cvr, surely I shouldn't need both subscriptions,
@ James c any thoughts

Well I just added the camera to a premium subscription to see what it does, the green line now working as expected, my recorded video in library is the length of line.
@JamesC is this a software problem? I can't believe Arlo are making customers pay for both services just for the cvr to work as it should?

Shaun1234,
CVR is not the same as an Arlo Smart Subscription. Without an Arlo Smart subscription, content will not be stored to the cloud library, but motion can still be detected (as indicated by the green dot you're seeing on your CVR timeline). The length of motion won't be indicated as no motion triggered recording was saved to the library.
