Charged for free trial

I was supposed to get a 3 month free trial, but was charged as soon as I signed up for arlo smart

@JustinFMTX  You didn't have to sign up for it the 3 month trial is automatic when you set the cameras up. Its possible since you signed up it replaced the trial. I have seen some post about that.  What does it show under subscriptions in settings.

I cancelled it, then deleted and resynced.. finally got the 3 month trial activated. But now the 2k emblem is gone... 2k res is selected, and yes Auto zoom is off..

Gone from both. I also lost the ability to toggle between cloud and local storage in my library
