Have 4 cameras connected to Base Station, and one Go 2 direct to WiFi. The cameras connected to the base station wont activate or deactivate via the app. All other functions work, but thats no use unless they are activated. Have tried restarting everything, and remove and add the cameras, no luck. Everything worked up until a week ago. The Go 2 still works as should via the app.

Is the issue that you’re unable to change the mode selection on the base station, should be set to armed mode unless you’re using a custom mode to activate triggering.
Can you live stream and control the cameras, can you turn them on/off via the camera settings menu?
What are the camera activity icons showing on the devices home page, black is active, grey is disabled, amber is detected triggering.

I can control them no problem. Icon is black. But still not activated. Changing mode makes no difference.

I can do everything but deactivate the cameras that are connected to the base station. All they trigger gets recorded and i can watch it. Just cant "turn them off". Or doorbell and the Go 2 that are installed at the same account do activate and deactivate correct.
After click on deativate, Garage still active, Portable not.

I would not normally recommend this but as a last resort nuke the system.
Do a factory reset of the base station using the paper clip, holding the reset button until the LEDs start flashing.
Remove all devices from the account and import them as new, make sure you have access to a pc connected to the local network in case the mobile app doesn’t work re adding, browse to my.arlo.com.

Done that and no difference. It acts the same regardless of using the app or the web. Its like the base station is broken somehow, and still everything else works like live cam, doing changes etc.

When you say "deactivate" are you meaning that
- setting the mode for the base to "disarm" makes no difference?
- or that setting the camera to "offline" in the video settings makes no difference?
- or that muting notifications makes no difference?

All have to do with arm and disarm, setting offline works.

And you tried removing the base from the account, resetting it with the paper clip, and on-boarding it (and the cameras) again?

It wasn't completely clear if you reset the base+cameras, or just the cameras. So I thought it'd be worth confirming.
Have you tried going into disarmed mode from both the app and my.arlo.com? (I'm guessing it will fail in both, but I think it is also worth trying)
If you have a subscription, it might be good to contact support through the app.

App or web, no difference. Have sent in a support case, no reply yet.

I think i found the problem. Cameras was also connected to Homekit, removed that and now they respond to arm/disarm. Never was a problem before, so it might be Apple changed something.
