I have insert USB drive and All of device are in local network but I cannot access my local video on the Application.
The Application say : "Video Stored on Arlo Base Station are noy available. Please check your connection settings."
and next, i am in Thailand, i cannot use Free trail 7 day Subscribtion, how can i fix it.
This is very bad experience with Arlo.

There is no free 7 day plan for these cameras, only with Pro 2 and older. All newer cameras require a subscription but that's limited to only select countries. There's an FAQ here in the support area that details what countries can get subscriptions.
As for local recording, what size drive are you using? Recent firmware changes require at least a 16GB drive. If you have that size or larger, have you formatted it when installed in your hub?

Now I can access the storage ion local network, that's my wrong, because i didn't allow application to access local network, if anyone got this same problem, go to privacy setting on iPhone and turn on the local access.
