Can’t get cameras to rename and be shown as connected

Having spent most of today trying in vain to get Arlo support to help me connect Pro 3 and older Arlo cameras to my hub and name them , I was promised an email that never came. These cameras have worked fine for years and now just stopped. The hub was unstable for a few days then now, nothing. 
did something change whilst I wasn’t paying attention.

so I am on the cusp of ditching the lot and getting another security camera product in. Any advice

Did you try adding them from both a PC (my.arlo.com) and the app?

 

Also, you can try a factory reset of the cameras.  Open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 sec).

Can you provide more detail regarding the symptoms you are experiencing and  which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
