I wonder whether Arlo disabled this function just to let everyone use subscribe the cloud services. Anything works fine before I upgrading my APP. but now any triggered events just cannot found from the local storage. 

 

I also tried to contact support, but you also need to subscribe their services to ask this question, I wonder any community member also has such an issue.

    Hello,

     

    I had the same issue, nothing seemed to help. I restarted the base station, checked the USB drive if video's were stored and that was the case.

    I got it working again by completely removing the app and reinstalling it.

Viewing local recordings is working here with no issues. Have you used the hub's settings to look in Storage Settings to see if the videos are shown there? What phone and OS version as well as the app version are you using?
