Trying to install a new smart hub , ISP is AT&T fiber. Blue light is on but can't connect.

I read of previous problems but I would think there is a fix.

It would seem the hub is connected through the router but I would log into the router and verify that the hub has an IP address. Since all seems good, make sure you're on your WiFi and not cell service and that any VPN is disabled.

What issue are you experiencing exactly? Are you not able to complete the installation process? What error messages are you seeing and at what point do you see them?

I am trying to connect to ATT with my smart hub. I tried to sync the hub with the router with my phone and computer with no success. Just spins. Any thoughts?

What color is the hub LED? Are you using a VPN?
