Can’t connect Base Station to HomeKit

Hi

I’m unable to connect my base station (and therefore its cameras) to Apple HomeKit. The Arlo and Apple software is up to date. I get to the ‘Discovering your device please wait’ page and the wheel never stops spinning. Other people seem to have the same problem. HomeKit works fine with other stuff and the Arlo kit works fine through the Arlo iOS app. Any suggestions gratefully received.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
