Cameras will not record nor alert me

Cameras shows they are off line but the hubs shows they are online. I've restarted, factory set my cameras, and unplugged the hubs to restart them and nothing works. My AT&T U-Verse shows I'm connect also. Thanks

Consider plugging in the cameras and test to see if they come back online. The symptoms you describe sound like dead batteries.

I checked and the batteries were 100% so I disconnected everything and removed each camera from system & the hub station. Re-installed everything and it still will not record in the library. I get alerts now but nothing else. Thanks
