Camera not recognizing animals

My cameras stopped recognizing animals since some time back last year. I’ve read others posts regarding exactly the same issue. 
So when smart messages for animals are turned off, the cameras can’t recognize animals, it’s always shown as either person or just motion. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a bird, cat or raw deer. It’s annoying to get alerts of a person and it’s only a cat…

However, if I turn on the smart messages for animals the cameras recognize animals. 
I want to have it turned off and not get alerts for animals for obvious reasons. But as it is now I get false alerts of persons when animals. This must be a software issue I’d like you to look into please! Thanks!

Would you be able to provide 2–3 specific dates and times when an animal was incorrectly labeled as "Person" or "Motion" (the more exact the better, even approximate times help).

Ok sure. Found two with just motion, cat and raw deers. Sunday May the 10th at 4.53 am (CET) and May 15th 06.18 am. Also a cat marked as person May 11th at 00.28 am.

The best example is unfortunately not stored in the library anymore, so it must have been more than 30 days then. It was a raw deer moving in slowly and close to the camera and marked as a person.
