Changed batteries now does no show blue

Replaced batteries usually you get blue then flashing blue brand new batteries fully charged I get nothing blue light does not come on at all other cameras work

Do you get a brief blue flash when first inserting the battery, indicating power has been applied? Have you tried connecting the camera to AC power to see what happens, both with and without a battery installed?
