When reviewing my videos the recording appear to have good resolution. I can see details on my vehicles and items a person is carrying on my driveway but if I zoom in the face appears to be blurred out. It seems to be an intentional oval around faces and has occurred in all recordings of people so far. It is mounted outside. I just bought these this week and am very disappointed with this feature. Is this a setting I can turn off somehow? I have 2 of the 3 cameras set up so far and both record the same way. I have tried downloading the recording and it is the same.

Zooming in on details only works to a point. This is due to the compression used in saving the videos. Higher resolution helps but then the cameras have even wider angle lenses so each pixel has to cover a larger area, leading to pixelation and then there's the compression on top of that. Post a link to a video so we can verify whether what you're seeing is normal.
