I have been trying, to no avail, to reach the billing department to dispute a charge on my account. How do I contact someone in Billing to discuss what is going on? Why does Arlo make it virtually impossible to contact their Billing Department? No phone numbers, no website, no link. NOTHING. I was finally, after much difficulty, able to contact someone in the Tech Department but he could not answer a single question I had other than to tell me "someone will get in contact with you". So far, no one has contacted me. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
