Hi, my Arlo pro3 I bought 8/20 base station won’t connect and I can’t access chat support for some reason. Every time I hit start chat in support nothing happens. I’ve followed all the articles for getting my base station to connect with no luck and it’s currently impossible for me to communicate with Arlo. Any advice would be appreciated!

There is no such thing.  Look at the base for a VMBxxxx label and  let us know what it says.

I think he bought it 8/20. The Pro 3 hub is likely the VMB4540 but the OP should check to be sure.
