Right after the Arlo demo ended my system won’t record anymore to mine local USB Drive (Locally)
I haven’t done it changed anything
I had the system for years and I know how to use it.
Nothing was changed
Arlo alerts me of sound and motion but not recordings show in “feed”
Can’t talk to anyone because apparently they only talk to people with subscriptions
Any help would be appreciated
Thank yoy
i have reset it the whole system many times along with the usb drive (formatted)

What model hub to you have? (check for a VMBxxxx label on the base).
Also, can you confirm the camera model (Pro 3?)

There are two ways to see local recordings, and it is useful to check both.
One is to go the the feed page, and look for the local tab. If you see it, then press it.
The other is to go to the devices page, and select the smarthub. Then go to storage settings, and look for recordings there.

The Feed tab says “No events” for all 4 cameras.
In each individual camera after the small icon goes Yellow (indicates that is supposed to be recording audio or video due to motion)
It says “There are not events for this day”
Again this happened after the Arlo free trial of a plan that they offered expired.
All I see now everywhere is the suggestion to get a plan.
Thank you

Just to be clear - you are saying that you saw both cloud recordings and local recordings when the trial was active?

While the trial was on I was able to see recordings via the Feed tab.
Actually prior to that I always had been able to see recordings via locally

I understand that you saw local recordings before you were migrated to "Feed", and that you are not seeing them now.
I am not clear on whether you were seeing local recordings during the trial (or whether you only saw cloud recordings).
Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
