Arlo pro camera shows a car stopping, and again leaving

My camera shows a car stopping, and again leaving, but it doesn't show the person getting out of the car and walking up to the door. Am I doing something wrong?

Depending on the camera rules, it may be the person walked up to the house during the short reset period between recordings and/or walked directly towards the camera. Camera positioning and motion detection setting in your modes and rules can make a lot of difference. Post a screenshot of the camera view with description of where things happened for suggestions. A link to the video may also be helpful.

As @jguerdat said it may stop recording if a brief pause in movement if you have your rule set to record until motions stops. I have mine set to 40 seconds and solved the problem of a pause.
