Hello can someone help me pls.
Was trying to setup but got jammed at renaming of device . Pls help me thks

Load up the app, each camera will be in its own cube and a snapshot image, the lower right corner are 3 dots, click it, click on 'device settings', when the new screen comes up at the top right is a green pencil, click it, edit, save, beer.

Tried that and when I pressed save - it reverted back to original name!

Have you tried it on the web portal? It works fine there and on IOS app.
