Recently on my apple IPhone 11, I have been unable to monitor cameras from my smart phone, the Arlo app only lets me login with user ID and password but that does not work, it only triggers Arlo to send and authentication code that I cannot enter. I assume some kind of software glitch is causing this. 

 Any ideas on how/when I will be able access cameras using my smart phone as before using the Arlo App.  

By the way I have removed and added the Arlo App on my Smart phone multiple times, without success.

The only access I currently have on my Arlo System is from my Apple Ipad.

Help?

I wonder if you have updated the arlo app to the new automation feed routine version and so need to trust the phone 2FA again?

But, I don’t know how to do what you suggested.

Login on a pc browser to arlo web login my.arlo.com.

go into settings then account profile page. Then login settings and two-step verification and trust the new phone, edit to set it to primary for receiving the 2FA requests.

So I don't know what happen; but I know longer have access to my Arlo Devices from my Iphone.  I tried as someone had suggested to go into Settings on Profile on PC and enable 2step security.  When I look in this, I see one is an Iphone 12,1 and the other is my iphone with my name. I can only click on one to show the Green check mark.  I have done it both ways and at this point still does not recognize phone.  I reinstalled the Arlo Secure App at least 5 times with no change. I am using an Iphone 11, with latest Apple installed update 16.5.   Not sure what else I can do other than move to a different camera/security system.

This is not the most efficient way to resolve issues either, patience with this product is running lower and lower.

Thanks I did try this.

 

I went to PC/Arlo and 2 step security and trusted.

I have two devices in their listed, one is the Iphone 12,1 and the other says Iphone with my name. I could only put the green check mark on one of them. I did try it both ways and at this point Arlo does not recognize my Iphone 11 still, by the way I do not know why my profile shows Iphone 12,1 I only have an Iphone 11 and a Ipad, both Apple. I can access my security cameras on only my Ipad. I did not update the Apple software on my Ipad to 16.5 as I did on my Iphone. I was thinking this lastest Apple Software update may be part of problem, not sure.  Anyway,  not sure what to do regarding my Iphone, I have re-installed the Arlo app at least 5 times, with no success at this point. Thanks for the tips though.
