Hi my Arlo pro 3 is not recording in the library. I have updated the app. I was quite embarrassed when my neighbours were broken into and I had to say the cameras were not recording on the side. I can see them on my screen and connect . That’s it. Why is this? I also have ring product and have to say I have never ever had a problem with ring….it just seems to be your product all the time I’m having trouble with

Do you have a subscription? You got a 3 month trial when first installed but after that you need a paid subscription or use local storage on your hub.
