Arlo pro 3 camera only work when charging

My camera works normally when charging but as soon as I disconnect the charging cable, it appears offline and will never connect.  I've removed the battery and reinserted.  No lights appear on the camera while disconnected.  The sync button does nothing,  Is this a bad battery?  It's only like a year old.  My other camera on the network works fine.

Sounds like it could be.

If the other camera has a compatible battery (pro 3, pro 4, or Ultra), then try swapping them and see if the problem moves.

It might also be a camera issue - and the warranty for that is 1 year.  If you are still covered, you should immediately engage support (using the options in the app).
